We are all interested in how to work better but we don’t think about how to rest better. Yet rest plays a critical role in strengthening the brain, enhancing learning and inspiring innovation. For many of us though, our idea of rest is watching Netflix or scrolling through instagram. We never fully recharge and this has a profound impact on both our immediate and long- term wellbeing. In this session we will look at how you can rest better and relax more. We will look at ideas for ‘deliberate’ rest, as well as how to get a better night’s sleep.
